Thank you for your help on our Rogue River trip .  TheHiking in Mule Creek Canyon activities you recommended for each day were just right.  You’ll recall we shortened the hikes to match the inexperience and lack of conditioning of one of the hikers, and the hike went just as planned - she did not get sore feet until the last day.  The first day float was long (~ 20 miles), not too long, and it was interesting all the way to Marial.  Safety came first, but fun was a close second.  Johnny made us feel at ease and his enthusiasm was infectious.  He will only get better with experience.  From Morrison’s to Foster Bar, both rafting and hiking went like clockwork, just as you and I had planned it.  That is, you anticipated every contingency we encountered, plus a few, and so there were no mishaps along the way.  This is always our goal in preparing for a wilderness adventure, but seldom does it work out as planned.  Black Bar FallsYour experience, attention to detail, and professionalism were manifest throughout our Rogue River experience.  The lodges were as advertised -  clean, comfortable, and (by wilderness standards) luxurious.  Please feel free to use me as a reference.  Thanks again.
